When are the allocations?<\/p>\n\t
Wine club allocations are twice a year, in the spring and fall. You can pick up your allocation at the winery, or you may have it shipped.<\/p>\n\t
If I choose to have my wine shipped, which service do you use for shipping?<\/p>\n\t
We usually ship within California via GSO.<\/p>\n\t
Are taxes and shipping included in the price?<\/p>\n\t
Taxes and shipping are extra, and vary by destination. Wine Lover and Enthusiast Club members pay half the costs associated with shipping. Connoisseur’s Club members receive free shipping in California.<\/p>\n\t
How will I be billed?<\/p>\n\t
We will bill your credit card upon each wine allocation for the retail value of the wines, less your member discount.<\/p>\n\t
Can I choose the wines that I receive in my allocation?<\/p>\n\t
Absolutely. We will ask for your preferences during the release. Please note that this is subject to wine availability and requests will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis.<\/p>\n\t
Can I have a wine allocation shipped to another person?<\/p>\n\t
Yes. You may have your wine allocation sent to another person, as long as the destination is within Char Vale shipping areas and the recipient is over 21 years of age.<\/p>\n\t
Do I get free tasting?<\/p>\n\t
As a valued member of Char Vale’s wine club, you receive complimentary tastings for you and up to five guests, depending on club level membership.<\/p>\n\t
What if I need to cancel?<\/p>\n\t
Please give the winery a call in the event that you need to cancel your membership. Please note that we require 1 year of membership receiving at least two wine club allocations prior to cancellation, for you to avoid an early cancellation charge.<\/p><\/body><\/html>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
